A Lovely Unusual Vintage Brown Briefcase with King George V or VI 'GR' Monogram embossed on the front cover. Possibly a Government department or civil service case dating from the 1920 - 1940's.
Numbered 184 - with the address 266 George Street, Glasgow in black lettering within the leather handle.
This is in reasonable vintage condition with some scuffs and wear and tear to the paper lining inside and both front corners have split. One of the edges is missing. The clasps work (no key) and the handle is firm.
This measures 38cm x 24.5cm across & 10cm tall.
