SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship within 3 days of the order being placed to within the UK, using Royal Mail Second Class Service and obtain a proof of postage.
We currently do not ship outside the UK. If you would like to know the cost of shipping elsewhere, please get in touch by email for a bespoke quote: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to have a speedier service or recorded delivery, please contact us directly to discuss options.
We carefully wrap our goods in eco friendly biodegradable wrappings, which can be reused or recycled, and we will advise you by email when your order has been shipped.
Some items are collection or Courier arranged delivery only, and these are stated at the time of purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be very happy with your products, and as many are vintage, all products are sold as seen. Vintage products are by their nature not perfect, and the descriptions will always mention any clear faults, so please read this carefully before buying.
However, if you are unhappy with your product or it arrives damaged, then please contact us by email within 48 hours to advise us email@example.com
Returns are not normally accepted, and any products returned are sent at the cost of the customer.
If you change your mind after placing a bespoke order, then please contact us as soon as possible to discuss, as refunds will not normally be offered.
Please be aware, that we aim for excellent customer satisfaction, and will try to work with you to resolve any problems that arise after receiving an order.
