Expression of Interest to be an Exhibitor

Please fill in the form below to express an interest to be an Exhibitor at our Brocantes for 2026.  

If you are successful we will send you a confirmation email and a booking invoice.​

Please note that we have around 40 stands at each fair, which offer a considered range of products each time.  We are normally oversubscribed and cannot fit everyone in who applies.  If you are a new Exhibitor to us, we suggest you visit first to see the fair.

(Please note: due to a very high level of interest this year, all events are now fully booked.  Any new applications received will be added to our reserve list, incase a space becomes available).

Summer Brocante

B/H Monday 31st August

Moyles Court School, nr Ringwood, New Forest BH24 3NF

(All stands are White Gazebo Stands on the lawns or in the courtyard)

​Winter Brocante

Friday & Saturday 13 - 14th November

Larmer Tree Gardens, nr Salisbury SP5 5PY

(All stands will be inside the Marquee & Halls with a small selection on the gravel paths)

Stand Sizes

Small Stand - Table pitch which includes a 6ft table

Large Stand - 12ft x 6ft pitch inside or 3m x 3m Gazebo
