A lovely vintage Early's of Witney Pure New Wool English Blanket. This lovely large double blanket is in excellent condition, as if it has just been taken from a laundry cupboard.
The cream woollen blanket features a soft green stripe detail to one end with blanket stitching along one edge, and the original label attached. There are a couple of marks noted as shown on the images, but no holes or damage otherwise.
Early's of Witney in Oxfordshire have been producing pure new wool blankets from Cotswold fleece for over 350 years and remain a sign of quality in woollen blankets.
